We are sure that you will love your vintage purchase but we understand that sometimes an item maybe not fit quite right or the look might not be what you thought.
So we are happy for you to return items within 14 working days of you receiving the goods. Items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Items must be un-warn, be free from odours and in a sale-able condition with original packaging.
How to return your item
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return number and the full postal address to return it to. The returns number MUST be marked on the OUSIDE of the parcel before you return the item or your return may not be processed. As you are responsible for the item until it reaches us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured/signed-for service.
Once we receive your return and have processed it, we will then email you to confirm approval of a refund.
Please keep in mind
Vintage Blue Lagoon reserves the right to refuse refunds on items which appear to have been obviously worn or damaged, or items which are returned to us outside of the 14 day return period and we won’t accept returns on reasons of wear stated in our condition report. Items must be received back to Vintage Blue Lagoon within this timeframe, along with the returns number. If not, your return will unfortunately not be processed.
Refunds will be made to the debit/credit card that was used on the original purchase.
We only refund the cost of your item not the postage cost.
We will process your refund within 4 days of receiving and checking your item.
