Lulu Guinness has spent 25 years making her name with amusing and surprising hand-held bags, from a tiny cage that holds a singing bird, oversized red lips and a basket of bright red roses. At first the business was based in her home, but the popularity of her novel designs led to rapid growth. By 1996 she had opened her first retail shop and was producing collectible bags.
